If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marital and family stress or other life issues, I can help. My office is conveniently located on First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands and it’s handicapped accessible.

Sessions can be in person or virtual, and I have daytime as well as some evening hours. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and while we do serious work in here, we manage to have a laugh or two along the way.

I accept most major medical insurance plans and out-of-network coverage. I also offer a sliding fee schedule based on need.
